Poetry should be felt in
your ears, between your
fingers, on the tip of your
tongue, and not just left as
print between pages. The
content of my poetry at once
grounds you and also lifts
you off into spheres of
large-scale perspective; the
imagery may be
impressionistic and also
palpably specific.
The multimedia
nature of my work offers a
holistic experience and
brings the words directly to
your senses. I enjoy
incorporating embroidery,
typewriting, paper-making,
epistolary and other
nostalgic medium into the
structure of each
piece.
